Shipping policy
We provide professional and secure worldwide shipping for all clothing orders. Before dispatch, every item is manually checked carefully for stains, flaws and damage, then folded neatly and wrapped with dustproof, wrinkle-resistant and pressure-resistant packaging materials. We fully protect each parcel to avoid dirt, heavy wrinkles, extrusion deformation and package damage during long-distance international transit.
Shipping Fee & Delivery Time
- Orders under £50: Flat shipping fee of £9.50, estimated delivery 2–17 working days
- Orders £50 and above: Free standard shipping, estimated delivery 3–25 working days
All orders will be processed, packed and shipped within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from order processing time. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address, enabling you to check real-time logistics status and delivery progress anytime.
For all international orders, all import duties, local taxes and customs clearance fees incurred at the destination country shall be borne entirely by the buyer. We will provide complete standard shipping documents to support smooth customs clearance. All delivery times are estimated only. Delays caused by customs inspection, logistics peak congestion, severe weather, policy control and other force majeure factors are beyond our responsibility.
If you receive damaged packaging, defective products, incorrect items or missing goods, please contact our customer service within 48 hours upon receipt, attaching your order number and clear photos of the outer package and products. We will promptly verify the issue and provide reasonable after-sales solutions including replacement, full refund or partial refund to protect your legitimate rights and interests.
